The fact they are a week apart would suggest it's a subscription to something...and they will come through again on Wed next week. I assume the 10p one last week was a response from you to one?
Sure i read somewhere that it can take 30 days for some 3rd parties to "act" upon a STOP command...

You shouldn't come on here if you want an immediate reply, only 191 will give you that. Problems posted on this forum usually take a number of days to sort out, but sorted out they generally are.
If you canc

biffo1963 if you read my first post you'd see I did contact them. I've also took it further with a complaint and will be contacting the police if this isn't sorted by Tuesday at the latest because I don't like being robbed. My main reason for posting here is to highlight the lack of interest by Vodafone who allow this!

Don't worry don't expect you guys to do anything, you never have. I've already explained why I posted here, to warn others of what you do or don't do should!

You've referred me to the online contact us which again proves the forum is a waste of time. Please don't worry about it I've gone further than that because this isn't the first time Vodafone has allowed third parties to thieve from me and if it isn't sorted this time I'm involving the police
