Hello

Ok, I normally pay by direct debit but I have 5 pay days before my next bill. My question is, If I pay some of the bill online and let the rest come out with the direct debit will this work? Say my bill is £50 and I pay £25 online tomorrow, on my direct debit date what will come out of my bank? £50 or the remaining £25?

Hiya, as long as the payment is made more than 3 full banking days before it, your direct debit will be adjusted, to be honest it sounds like your situation is "right on the edge" and I wouldn't risk it, I would just organise stuff to get money to your bank
