Billing Issue

Can anyone help?

 

I've returned a handset back to vodafone via the store but it appears that it got lost from the store to the warehouse.

 

I've now been billed for two contracts (I already have one contract with yourselves) and even though I have a receipt stating that the store recieved my phone, no one seems to be able to cancel my second contract.....even though this was promised on the when speaking to several call centre persons twice.....

 

Im at my wits end now as I've spent over two hours getting passed from pillar to post with people saying that the bill will be sorted but the opposite seems to have happened.

 

Not happy....
