If you need to speak to someone urgently, this is not the place to come. Typically it'll take a day or two to get a reply from the Tech Team, who are a small team working on a "first come, first served" basis. They will PM you asking for your account details - which they CANNOT see from your eforum account/profile - and only when you have replied to that PM are you likely to get a call, usually after a further day or so.
If it is urgent, and you particularly want to speak to someone based in the UK, all you can do is call 191 during UK business hours and hope your call is routed to one of the UK call centres. You can always hang up and redial if you find yourself talking to Egypt. However it would be less "hit or miss" to wait it out for a few days until the Tech Team call you as per the process above. If you choose to do it that way, make sure you monitor this forum to see if they have replied to your post.
