Hi,

My Blackberry Storm 2 broke today when the screen cracked and then split across the whole screen, making it impossible to text, makeI calls and even to unlock my phone due to the nature of the touch screen. I bought the phone through dialaphone.com and I have been paying monthly insurance since purchasing the phone in december 2009. Its an 18 month contract, how would I go about getting the phone repaired or getting a replacement?
