Calls to premium rate (090xxx)

Options

Are calls to premium rate numbers allowed and if they are how much are they charged?

 

for instance a number beginning 090424 is advertised at £1.23/min from BT landline but cannot find a corresponding charge from VF..

 

I have a pay monthly business contract
