For weeks I have tried to log into my account online and every time I try I get a message which says 'sorry there seems to be a problem with your account' or 'we are experiencing technical difficulties please try again in a few minutes'. I have also sent an email enquiry about this issue but am yet to have a reply.
Please can this issue be looked into as I am keen to upgrade my phone.
