I go through all the usual options when dialing 44555 to check balance and useage, but recently I'd say about a week, I haven't been able to check my data usage and it's just coming up with my minutes remaining. I log in to my online account and it just says that I've used the same amount, I don't know how much I've actually used. I got a text saying I was close to my limit, I'm not sure if I've gone over or not. This is very frustrating as I use my internet on a regular basis.

I have just tried this out anfd i only get the remaining minuted when i dial 44555.
Unfortunatly there isn't much you can do about this, it will need to be fixed at Vodafone end.
What kind of handset do you have?
There are several alternatives options avaiable to view your usage. You may find one of them works for you as a temporary fix.

I have an htc sensation, I just downloaded the vodafone app for my phone and it says the same usage as it does on my account. I know I've used more becuase I recieved a text saying I was close to my limit. Is there something wrong at the vodafone end then?
