Pay monthly services

I want to cancel my Pay Monthly contract as I'm living in Japan now and my contract period ended in December. I sent an email 2 days ago but I've still heard absolutely nothing back. I'm kind of fed up of Vodafone's poor service, these past 2 years have been a total nightmare if I'm quite honest. Please can someone help me on this.
