Hi,
I placed an order online a few days ago but i wish to cancel. I selected phone to be delivered to my local store.
I have been trying every number to get someone to cancel this order as the phone has not even been delivered but no one was able to help apart from saying i should collect phone from store then arrange to return via courrier.
I am due to go on holiday tomorrow so i will not be here to collect phone when it arrives and arrange to return within the 7-14 day cooling off period.

I am concerned that i will enter a contract i do not wish to have any longer and i am away on holiday for 2 weeks as from tomorrow. I have been trying to seek someone to cancel this and i am also unable to contact local store or visit them to discuss.
