Re: Cancel contract

Hi all,

Sorry to hear your having issues and leaving.

To cancel your contract you must give 30 days notice and provide the following information:

• the account name, and account number
• the invoice address
• the mobile number to be terminated
• the date of termination
• the name of the account owner or administrator
• if you need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)
• if the account has a password, please quote this in your letter.
Ths can be done in writing to:

Vodafone Limited
PO Box 932
DONCASTER
DN4 5XW

Alternativly if your taking your number with you call customer services on 191 and request your PAC code. Give this codes to your new network, when they activate it this will serve as termination notice and Vodafone will generate your final bill.

Re: Cancel contract

Hi louisekenny

I’m sorry to hear that you are thinking of leaving us. Can I ask why? Would there be anything we could do to convince you to stay? If there is please let us know what it is and we’ll see what we can do.

If not, I’ve sent you an email over to the email address that you registered with so that we can get this sorted for you. Please simply fill in the information it asks for and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks

Wayne

If you have a spare minute could you please take the time to fill out a short feedback form about me?

You can do so here

Re: Cancel contract

Hi missmwoodward,

Many thanks for your post and welcome.

Is there a particular reason why you want to cancel your contract?

I’ve sent you a private message with details of how to contact us if you do need any help with this.

You can find your PM Inbox here. If you can't access this link, please ensure that the box next to "Turn on private messages" is ticked on this page, and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Let me take this opportunity to show you how Vodafone like to say thank you; take a look at VIP.

Cheers

Ian

Re: Cancel contract

Hello,

I am moving away from the UK for 4 months and would like to freeze my contract. Is this possible, or do I have to cancel my contract? I would prefer not to do this as I would like to continue using Vodafone when I return in September, and to keep my same number.  Help/advice appreciated, thanks.
