Cancelling and keeping number

HI

Ive got 3 months left of my contract, but Im wanting to end it and go for another network, im wanting to keep my number though. I understand there will be an early cancellation charge, but how do I go about keeping my number?

Thanks

Re: Cancelling and keeping number

its quite simple...call 191 and request your pac...they will give you it and let you know what your early termination fee is (this may change depending on when u actually submit your pac to a new provider i.e. u may have paid another bill by then) - the pac is valid for 30 days from issue

U source new package and give them your pac, this will effectively cancel your agreement, transfer your number and voda will issue you an invoice with the outstanding balance on it...

Re: Cancelling and keeping number

Hi Jeebay,

_365_ is absolutely spot on here :smileywink:

Was there a reason why you wanted to cancel and switch providers?

I'd love to see if I can tempt you to stay, and help you with your PAC if not so I've sent you a PM with some instructions on how to contact us - pop us an email in and we'll give you a call.

You can find your PM inbox here

Re: Cancelling and keeping number

Thanks, but I phoned last night and got my PAC number.

I wanted to cancel as the vodafone signal keeps dropping where I live for a day or two at a time, and I was a bit fed up of that.

Also I should have been able to upgrade last week but the contract changed and now I cant upgrade till the end of April, so wasnt too chuffed about that, so found another deal elsewhere.

Thanks
