Pay monthly services

Hi guys,

I have been in touch to Vodafone regarding cancelling one of my contract and to find out how much i'd need to pay for the ETF as i'm still in contract with them using the contact us page and sending an email.

I received a reply giving me the info that I needed but it also stated to cancel my contract I had to put it in writing to them giving 30 days' notice.  My question is whether I actually have to put it in writing to their address or could I give them formal notice of cancellation via email?

Hi geordiechris72,

You don't need worry as you can do this via post or via email.

If you decide to cancel one of your lines simply let us know and we can get this sorted via email with you.
