Cancelling my contract online email.

Hi, I have sent an email using the online email service to say that I wish to cancel my contract. I havn't had any confirmation that this email has been recieved and there has been no reply, so I'm not sure whether it has actually sent properly. I don't want to have to pay another month on this contract because the email service wasn't working properly. How do I make sure that my 30 days cancellation notice has been sent?

When you email I've always received an automated response although some email accounts have a habit of archiving these into your junk or spam folders.

 

I'd first check these folders in your inbox then if it hasn't arrived try and send the email again. If you still have problems beyond this then let the forum team know on this thread and they should be able to sort it out for you.
