Using correct username, had to change my password so many times I'm not sure what password I'm now set to use.
I try the option to reset my password, I open the link via the email and type in a new password but it just loads up the login again and shows this message.
"There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact us.
- Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes."
I have tried contacting via email but have had no reply for about 4 days.
Login name <removed for security>
Vodafone number - can pm it to a staff member.
I was looking to view my bill and also looking to take a look at the prices for upgrades.

I am extremely frustrated I have been trying for years to login to my account and when I call for help each time I am told my account is beeing reset and please try again. AGAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN. I have tried and I keep getting the same message
:Your online account administrator hasn't approved your request to access your online Vodafone account. Until you are approved you will have limited access to online services.
I am the only person on the account, who is the account administrator????? I have spent hours on the help line and have been spired on by the fact I have been charged 50 pounds for a phone call to sweeden I did not make!!!!!! I can not view my account yet they insist on charging me.
can anyone help. Please.

I guess you did not read that message I have made millions, ok maybe only hundreds of calls to 191 and each time I am told there is more than one number on my account they are coing to delete the other ones and reset my account. Each time I go through the same process to recieve the same message:
Your online account administrator hasn't approved your request to access your online Vodafone account. Until you are approved you will have limited access to online services.
