Two months ago I was charged twice for the same bill which ultimately put me into the red causing big fines and lots of hastle. That time I had to travel to my local (which isnt local at all) Vodafone, which takes two buses and a bit of money also!
Now this month I have just paid my bill, checked my online banking and seen that again I have been charged TWICE! Not happy about this, I can forgive one time but not two! Now this time I do not want the hastle of going into the city to show my balanace and transactions printout, for me to then have to go back home ring again and then finally get my refund processed.
Please can something be done about this and someone give me an email or a call to sort out my refund ASAP!

I have been charged for the same bill twice on two occasions now when paying for my bill online. As this happened before to me and I can see that I am not the only Vodafone customer having this problem, I assume this is Vodafone fault.
As only one transaction has been approved, charging for one bill and deducting money from my account should be treated as fraud. Therefore I expect the issue to be solved withing two working days, if not I will take a legal route.
