Is there anyway I am able to check how many inclusive minutes I used each month over the life of my contract?
Just so I can get an idea of how many minutes I really need.

christopherpm is absolutely correct, your 'My Account' holds loads of great information from previous bills, some fantastic upgrade options and also information about services that may be of benefit to you.
I think it is great you would like to be thorough in ensuring you select the right agreement for your usage, however please bear in mind that there can be many factors that increase or decrease the way someone uses their device so you may not need the same tariff you did 12 months ago.
You may also wish to bear in mind what you would like to do with your device, for example is it just for calling or texting or would you like to take advantage of new features such as the internet, emails and applications?
