I am very angry about the CHEATING promises from YOUR advisers!
During the first 2 weeks of getting my new handset, I found a re-occurring serious problem. I contacted Apple technique support and your shop, but the problem wasn't fixed.
I called your service line 3 times about a replacement in Dec. Every time I was told my request was being processed and would be delivered soon. After more than 3 weeks waiting for nothing, I made other 4 calls and your advisers were just teasing. All I got was "supervisor is not available; supervisor will call you in 2 mins","I don't know", "please wait"...
Last Monday was the delivery date I was promised, but AGAIN nothing came to me.
The last call I made was around 7:37pm, 17/01/12. The adviser Michael threatened disconnecting my call.
1.a replacement soon.
Or I keep my right to take further action with Otelo.

From what i can understand you are awaiting a replacement iPhone?
I'm sure you can appreciate the stock of the iPhone is very limited at the moment however this should not be an excuse for not getting a promised replacement handset.
One of the Tech Team will pick up this thread over the next day or so and they will be able to look into this issue for you and hopefully get a resolution. Sit tight they will be as quick as possible

I have been a very patient and considerate customer keeping waiting for 1 and a half months. There are some questions confusing me:
1. Who exactly knows the accurate replacement and delivery details? According to the calls I made, I have been told different answers, including some false delivery dates. Is it what good customer service supposed to be?
2. How many people are waiting for replacement of IPhone in Vodafone's list like me?
How many new IPhones has Vodafone sold while I have been waiting for a replacement?
If it is said there are a lots people waiting for replacement, how bad are the qualities of the products!!( Although I don't think it is that bad). If there are not so many, why can't my request be done over one month? New customer is prior to existing ones?
3. How easy is it to make complaints?
As what I have learnt from the Vodafone website, compliant can be submitted through phone lines, email or shop. But apparently the adviser whom I talked to couldn't help me with this. I was told complaint could only be made through email. (Was he trying to stop my complaining? ). Some manager whom was supposed to call me back soon didn't call either. When I turned to the complaining email page and finished drafting the letter, I was told it was out of service.
HOW LUCKY I WAS!!!!
Posting it on the forum is my last choice. I don't know whom else I can talk to.
To be honest, I do really want to believe Vodafone is a good company, or I would not be a customer . Then can Vodafone please not keep disappointing me any more? Show the service what a customer deserves!!!
