Contacts don't expire
What you sign up to is a minimum term, once this completes a contract rolls on on a month by month basis untill you act on it,
this is standard industry practice
You can
1) Upgrade or switch tarrif / switch to PAYG
2) Close the acount by giving 30 days notice in writing or via email
3) Use a PAC to transfer your number to another network (which closes the account)

Hi Raz84
Thanks for your post! Excellent advice from SynthFG, thanks. ![]()
Your contract will not automatically expire on your commitment end date and we won’t automatically cancel it either, this does mean you’re in your upgrade period.
If you wish to discuss a great deal on an upgrade please just reply to the email I’ve sent you and we’ll be in touch.
We don’t want you to leave us, if you do wish to cancel you would also need to give 30 days notice or to use a PAC but we can also discuss all your options with you directly.
Thanks
Amanda
