Contract help

Hello, I am 12 months into a 24 month contract but I want to change my phone. My current contract includes 600 minutes and unlimited text. I want to buy a blackberry phone so I was wondering could I buy a blackberry and put my contract sim in it and then vodafone add unlimited Internet and blackberry messager and maybe take my minutes down to 300 minutes. Please help

Depending on your priceplan Deans1990 - if it is a YPL or YP2 priceplan then no.. Anything before that then yes (CTR3, CTR2, CTRA, Anytime etc..), you'll need the Blackberry service (£5.00) and Vodafone Mobile Internet (£5.00) also to get the full benefits at minimal cost..

Would I be able to lower my minutes to get a lower contract any what is ctr2 ctr3 ctra and how do I know if im on them

Have you registered for MyAccount? If so, check your last bill, under service charges is your priceplan, and if its ypl or yp2 then I'm afraid you can't downgrade your minutes

Hiya, as Vampfy says it depends on the price plan you are on, CTR3 & CTR2 were names of the old price plans which will normally be showing on your bill, the later price plans were called Your Plan (YP)
