Hi Guys and Gals,
Just a quick query to stop me running up a huge bill!
I have recently upgraded and phoned up to get an extra of 500mb of data for £5 per month extra. The customer service rep told me that because I had been loyal to VF that I was already receiving 500mb free! I was quite happy but after the call I logged in to view account details, there is no sign of the data on my price plan. This is why I am confused.
Do I use the internet on the phone and run up a bill I struggle to pay? (would Vodafone admit a mistake has been made (if it has) and cover the cost of that month themselves?
Or do I not use it and not make the most of my phone or contact?
All help on the matter welcome ![]()

New data packs don't show up in My Account. You need to wait until your next bill and look on there.
I'd probably reccommend you phone back and ask what's currently on your account. If you have been charged, I'm sure this would be refunded as there should be notes left on your account from when you called the first time.
