Discount not applied on new bill

Hi, I've got my first bill for my new contract with vodafone but the discount I'm supposed to receive hasn't been taken off the monthly charge. I'm being charged at full price!

 

This isn't to do with extra charges due to cancelling my previous price plan and upgrading to a new one.

Please could you let us know the charges on your bill and we should then be able to explain it to you? Please omit the personal information for security purposes.

 

A screenshot would be fantastic :smileywink:

 

It's worth noting that discounts don't actually show on your bill summary so it could be on the account but not showing on your bill.

My price plan is £20.51 (includes tax) per month.

 

I also have to pay £4.12 for the delivery of my phone but I'm not sure if this will show up on the bill. 

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for the screenshot. It looks to me like the discount hasn't applied correctly. When did you take the deal out?

I've received an email which sorted everything out but I checked my new bill and I'm still being overcharged.

I should be paying £20.51 (including tax) per month and due to the previous problem should be credited £0.89, making the bill £19.62. However my bill is coming up as £25.11.

Help would be appreciated.

Hi again. My bills are still incorrect and I'm still being charged at £26 (including VAT) per month instead of the agreed £20.51 (including vat) per month.

On my first bill I was overcharged and was due £0.89.

This means my second bill should be 20.51-0.89= £19.62 however I've been charged £25.11. This should mean I should be credited £5.49 on my next bill.

Now my new bill has come out which should be 20.51-5.49= 15.02 however the bill total is £20.92!

Please can someone credit the £5.90 that vodafone now owes me and make it so that my monthly cost per month is the correct £20.51.

I'm hoping that this will be the last post to this topic. I've checked my latest bill and the discount has been applied to my account but I wasn't credited with the £5.90 I've been overcharged from the previous bill. 

 

Can someone apply this credit back into my account please?
