This evening I upgraded my tariff to a sim only plan by speaking to an operator via 191. As part of that tariff I negotiated another 500mb of data, however whilst my new tariff is listed on my online account the 500mb of extra data is not listed.
Am I expecting to see this too soon? Do Vodafone send written confirmation of an upgrade and the new terms?
