When I checked my online account for my Vodafone contract bill and I was shocked with the "YPL 24 HH C 300m UTx VP VMI " bill?? which is not explained properly in the bill or whatsoever it means? I'm always over my contract bill because of that and im not happy with it! I got two contract phones and my first contract phone expires and after that whenever I look at my bill for my second contract phone I keep getting that "YPL 24 HH C 300m UTx VP VMI" bill?? Please reply asap as i keep getting this now for two months!

YPL 24 HH C 300m UTx VP VMI
Is a description of your contract
YPL = Your Plan, all contracts are under these Terms and Conditions
24 = number of months you have signed up to as a minimum contract period
HH ??
C ??
300m = 300 mins per month Landline and VF calls included in the plan
UTx = Unlimeted Texts
VP = Vodafone Passport
VMI ???
When you say your first contract expired,
do you mean that you had 2 contracts on the same bill and the first reached the end of it's minimum term a couple of months ago
Also you are aware that a mobile contract term is the minimum that you are locked in for and that the contract continues on a rolling monthly basis after this point until you cancel it in writing giving 30 days notice, use a pac to move the number to another provider or upgrade/change the contract

I am not 100% sure, but the "C" may refer to the level of handset which is available with the tariff at point of taking out the contract/renewal, and "HH" may refer to HOUSEHOLD which is a discount package or line rental of some sort which I am not familiar with, but one of the MODs may be able to shed some more light on what it is, and how it works

Think all is covered, HH is household which were plans at discounted rates when customer had additional lines
Guess the C is for choice, as handset categories are Essential Choice and Premium

Hi lahkesis
Thank you for your post and I am please that our community have worked together to answer this for you.
Just so this is clear
YPL = Your Plan which refers to the tariff group
HH = Household Which is a promotional tariff for a new line taken as out normally as an additional agreement.
C = Choice which means this tariff is to be selected with a choice handset (handsets are catagorised as Essential, Choice and Premium depending on the value).
300 - This is the muber of minutes in your tariff
Utx = Unlimited Texts
VP = Vodafone Passport so you can get cheaper minutes whilst abroad
VMI = Vodafone Mobile Internet
If you do still have any further queries please complete and reply to the email I have just sent to the address you registered with on here and we would be happy to take a look at this for you!
Many Thanks
