I am just sick of Vodafone. I will do anything i can to put people of using this network, it is dreadful!!!
I have had nothing but trouble with my current handset ranging from loosing reception, loosing answerphone services, unable to receive or make calls, unable to answer, clients joining me and hearing conversations while I’m on the phone to someone else!!! I have had 3 refurbished handsets and all have had similar faults. I have sent 2 letters and 6 emails to customer services, only managed to speak to 1 person who didn't have a great grasp of English, asked him to call me back on a better line (as my mobile is so bad) and haven't heard anything back from him, he seems to have disappeared!!! . It seems my letters and emails have been ignored so next move (the only move i have left since Vodafone won't even reply to my complaints) has to be CAB and Ofcom.
I just can't believe how bad this experience has been!!
