EMAIL SERVICE BLOCKED (BLACKBERRY STORM 2)

Hi,I rang vodafone yesterday to upgrade my Blackberry to a Iphone which I will recieve Monday.I asked for a new number which is now in use on my current Blackberry but since the change of number I cannot recieve or send email.It is saying service blocked.Any help would be great.Thanks Teresa

Hiya, it sounds like your price plan may have been changed and you no longer have the Blackberry service.  Call and find out if you still have Blackberry provisioned, if not  thats the issue, if yes, ask them to Unsuspend your Blackberry profile which I am presuming it is.

Thanks for the reply.I assume that when I recieve the iphone on Monday that the email will not have the same problem.My price plan has changed so that must be the problem.

Hiya, you shouldn't have any issues setting up your emails on your iphone, it is simply that your Blackberry services have been removed,  to be honest its not the best experience when they do that, it would be best to advise you of it, or to "somehow" change the price plan on the day of the change etc

Just gave them a call and there is nothing they can do about it so I will have to do things the old school way and fire up the laptop until Monday lol.
