Early Upgrade Option

Hi there,

 

Does anyone know what's happened to the online early upgrade option - my phone has decided that it's a good idea to randomly phone people that I've recently contacted and as such, I'd really like to try and upgrade.

 

I've checked my account and can't actually upgrade until mid-June, but I thought there was an early upgrade online option??
