Hi,

Is it possible to upgrade early?

My phone has recently given up on me, my contract is due for renewal in February 2012 but i really require an upgrade before then. Is this atall possible and if so what are the Ts&Cs?

Hi Rbuck1,

Upgrading this early would require you to pay off the remainer of your contract, customer services(191) would be able to give you the exact amount this would cost for your contract.

On another note have you had your phone sent on for repair? As you are still in contract this wouldn't cost you anything. All the details can be found here
