Hi my htc hd2 broke beyond repair and I was looking to upgrade early? the earliest I can upgrade is 02 april 2012. Currently stuck using a blackberry 8900 and i hate it

i just ended up calling vodafone myself, I would have to pay 141 pound to bring me to a new contract plus the reminder of my old contract, is there no sort of deal or arrangement that can be discussed? like if i took the new iphone 4s with vodafones insurance, or have my current contract monthly bill brought down?
