I work for a company where we can get 20% from our vodafone bills. I Had discount applied onto my friend's contract. This contract has been signed over to me now (yesterday) and I reapplied for the discount as it was not carried over. I had an email saying my application had been declined as it was not a new connection. I was ASSURES the discount would not be affected as it is effectively a new account in my name. Why is this happening??

Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that your discount hasn’t carried across. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.
We’re obviously going to need access to your account in order to resolve this for you. To do this, I’m going to send you an email over to the email address that you registered with.
