Few issues regarding contract upgrade etc

Hi For a start when I took my iPad out on a contract I was told because I'm a loyal customer that I was eligible for an early upgrade which was around the end of march. Now it appears that I can no longer do this! Why is this the case? Secondly I increased my contract a while back to include more mins etc but why is it that I could never decrease it back to what it was? I was always told that I can't adjust it even though I told them that I had increased it from what I had originally! Third thing is I have just a little over four months remaining on my contract. If I was to terminate my contract what would the fee be? I'm just starting to get a little tired of the customer service (I have no problem with the network) but it just seems that every time I have a question and email customer services I get a bog standard template reply which has prob come from the other side of the world that doesn't even answer the question it's self!!!

i Have exact same problem but with the iphone but my upgrade seems to be getting further away every time i check and when i call customer services not very helpful as you say just standard reply and not intrested how good a customer you are its ridiculous! and still going to have to pay a bit to upgrade and not willing to offer you any deals. also if there changing upgrade dates customers should be notified that offers are ending or how long there on for etc! dont tink i will be upgrading with vodafone again totally shocking
