Fraud team

I have had an extra unauthorised account added to my name and I was told I would be contacted within ten days by the Vodafone fraud team. It has been at least 2 weeks until I contacted them about this and I know unless I get in touch they will make me pay this contract too. Is there any way for me to get in touch with them?

Call 191 ASAP and let the adviser know your problem and ask to speak to the Fraud team.

There doesn't seem to be an option on that 191 number relating to the issue of mine.

Just go to billing and ask them.
