Below is the email we got today. What sort of business are you lot running?? Thank you for contacting Vodafone Customer Services in regard to the upgrade. I have checked your upgrade date for the number ending in 904 and can confirm that you can upgrade by 17 August 2012 via Call / Retail Stores / Indirect / Vodafone.co.uk.
