Just in case you’re ever unsure whether a call you receive is genuinely from Vodafone, here is a list of all numbers Vodafone use to call customers:

This is used when a customer has opted to leave us. We’ll ask for any feedback on how we can improve as well as aim to find an offer that will suit your needs

These are calls from our Small Business team to discuss products that may benefit you or find you a great offer if you’re thinking of leaving.

This is for Credit Management to discuss your bill or balance during the month.

We use this number when we’re calling to welcome you to the network and make sure that everything has set up ok.
Should you receive a call from these numbers it is a genuine Vodafone call and you are safe to provide your details. If you’re ever unsure and want to check if you call the number back you’ll get a message to state the call was from Vodafone and an option to be put through to Customer Services.
