My dad ordered a contract sim for me two days ago and then left for business abroad.
I then discovered that my old contract (not with vodafone) doesn't end for another 6 months.
So I phoned Vodafone, and asked to cancel. However, they said I couldn't as I am not the account holder.
What can I do? My dad is completely unavailable, and the 7 days cooling off period is swiftly running out.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to cancel the contract, you are not the account holder and due to data protection, Vodafone would be unable to discuss the account with you.
Even if your Father is out of the country, he would be able to contact Vodafone from overseas, and all the contact us numbers can be found on the website.
