Hi there,
I just called 191 about looking at ways to reduce the cost of my price plan, but as I'm on Iphone I can't. The very helpful gent did say he'd put 50% line rental on the next two months, and up my data though which is great, but doesn't really address the slightly longer term issue that I want a cheaper price plan!

My contract ends December, and my online account says I can upgrade from September, and the guy on the phone said it would cost £195 to buy out the remainder. eek!

Could you look into my account and see what options are available?

I currently have two phones which i am eligible for and want to upgrade early online. However i have looked at the deals i am being offered and to receive and early upgrade i would be forced to take a more expensive contract than the one i am currently on as well as pay for the phone, which if i was  a new customer i wouldn't need to. The minimum amount of inclusive minutes i am being offered is 1200 which is way more than i use/need on either of the phones. I am interested in the i-phone 4 or the samsung galaxy s. Can anyone help me?

Hi I've currently got a Blackberry Bold but its been playing up recently, I know that I can't upgrade online until 26th September 2011 but rather than have to get another phone in the mean time I wondered what options I have to upgrade. I'm liking the look of the White Blackberry torch. Are there any options open to me or am I stuck until September ????? Thanks :smileyhappy:

I am going to be a pain and ask the same question, I have issues with my current phone and would be ecstatic if I could upgrade earlier, I would really like an iphone but I know I have a while to wait for my upgrade date.
