Hi team, hoping someone can help me. My contract is due to finish in November and I noticed on the vodafone site it says you can upgrade 6 months early. I've tried this but it says I'm not yet eligible. Could someone please confirm if I can urgrade early. Also if it is possible to upgrade does it have to be via vodafone online or is it possible to upgrade with another mobile phone site? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, you can do an early upgrade within the last 190 days of your contract, and if you are eligible this can only be done on the Vodafone website.. You would also be subject to an Early Upgrade Fee..

i'm in the same boat as john5573 my contracts up in january and can upgrade in november i can see the early upgrade option on my iphone but not on my laptop very strange

I have two phones on my account, mine and the wife's. I upgraded early for my phone in May (big thanks to all the in the web team for helping me out, it was a pleasure to deal with you all). I am pretty sure that the wife's phone is now coming into the early upgrade period and having seen my iphone 4 she now wants one :smileyvery-happy:, could somebody contact me with some options for upgradeing her phone please. 

 

Thanks and once again a big thank you to the web team for helping me out, you guys are so much better than the people on the phones.

Im not a 100 percent sure when I can upgrade i think my contract ends around feb. Have been using a replacement phone for 5 months or so because original was stolen. Is it possible for me to get an early upgrade yet? thanks

Hi, i have a monthly contract with vodafone but i recently broke my phone my contract ends in march 2012 and i was told i can upgrade in october 2011 i was wondering if i could get a upgrade now as its only a few months away and i dont have the money to go out and buy a new phone so i am gonna be paying for services i cant even use i noticed on some of the forums people were getting early upgrades for there broken phones?  i would be very greatful if someone could get back to me as i really need my phone on a daily basis. Thank you

I am able to upgrade early from the 31st July, this is also the case for my girlfriend.

 

Is there any possibility that we could upgrade earlier that this?
