Hey if anyone can help me,

 

I can upgrade my phone in about 26 days, however I was just wondering, as I have looked at upgrade early options, wether it is possible to keep the same price plan that I have now. But I can just upgrade my phone.

 

As by looking at the upgrade early options, I lose Unlimited internet and Unlimited landline calls. And i was wondering if it is possible, to keep these on an upgraded package.

I'm due for an early upgrade this month (28th) I wanna upgrade to the iPhone 4 32gb, I'm just wondering if I have to pay any extra for upgrading to this phone??

I'm due to upgrade in 3 weeks on 8th August.  I want to ugrade from iphone 3gs to iphone 4 and wondered what my options will be to do this.  I'm not sure about upgrading early so any indication of what will be on offer/pries/plans would be much appreciated.

Apologies for the double post, as i've already started a topic 'upgrade due', but just realised tha i should probably have posted in this topic rather than start a new one. Feel free to delete my other post.
Anyway, I'm also due to upgrade. I'm currently on a sim only contract (using my phone from a previous vodafone contract), and would now like to upgrade the contract and phone. Galaxy S2 is what i have in mind.

We've got a few posts to get through here so I'll answer you all in turn;

 

@ Cheekymonkey, the iPhone plans are set and can be viewed here - the prices you see are the ones you pay, but if it's an early upgrade you may pay an upgrade fee too - I'll email you for a chat about your options though :smileywink:

 

@Amanda-JP, the info for your upgrade is the same as for Cheekymonkey above - as with them, I'll get you an email out - hit reply and we'll be in touch.

 

@ rangor_gubbins, I've replied on your other thread here :smileyhappy:

 

@ PhilWilliams, If your account is listed as a business account you'll need to speak to your business team to arrange your upgrade, but I've sent you an email anyway just in case we can help :smileyhappy:

I'm also having issues doing this via the website. It's either so slow it is unusable or it logs me out as I'm browsing. That's inbetween the store going offline or just getting thrown to a white screen. Any help appreciated.

Ok, so after being so sure I wanted an iphone 4 from a 3gs, I have today convinced myself to get HTC Sensation instead.  I was looking at the price plans earlier and chose a 24 month contract I'd be happy with however on reading another post, am I right in thinking that I have to go a 18 month plan as I read somewhere else you are not able to go over a 24 month contract & with the early upgrade an additional 6 months would need to be added therefore making it a 30 month contract.  Is that right?

HI, I received a phone call last week from 08080 600832 to offer me an early upgrade and a deal, but I declined due to wanting to look at the phone in the shop first.  I then called  191 few days later to accept the offer, to be told I needed to speak to the early upgrade team and they woudl ring me back - no-one called back.  i then called 191 again to be given a number to call.  After 10 mins of waiting I was told this was the wrong number, and was given another number to ring which was chargeable.  After being in a queue for ages I put phone down.  I then called 191 back and was told by another lady that the number above was not vodafone but a 3rd party company, and if I upgraded with them and the phone was faulty I couldn't return it, but if I waited until 15 August I could upgrade over the phone and receive a good deal.  I am really really confused now as got my hopes up of upgrading early to be told I can't upgrade until 26 July (online or in shop) but wouldn't get the deal I wanted unless I waited until 15 August.  Please advise as I'm really getting fed up of the customer service I'm receiving and thinking of leaving vodafone.
