I NEED INFORMATION ON HOW TO CANCEL A PAY MONTHLY CONTRACT

Hi,

I need some help and information on how to cancel a pay monthly contract and also the carges to do this. Can anyone help me as I was to get this sorted as soon as possible.

Hi,

There's information in the help centre here. In terms of charges you'd need to pay the remaining line rental of the contract and also any usage charges up until the point of the agreement ending.

Is the line rental the cost of my bill each month? for example I pay £35 per month - would that be multiplied by how long is left on the contract? or is the line rental only part of the monthly bill?

Thank you for your post and a very warm welcome to the eForum.

The Early termination Fee is made up from your remaining line rental excluding the VAT.
