I posted the following message yesterday into the previous thread but no one has replied yet, please can someone take immediate action:
This is going to take me ages to explain, well before Christmas my phone wasn't charging so I requested a package to be sent so I could send it in to be repaired it never came so i requested it again in all it took me a week and half to send it off to get it back well in to January and be told it wasn't under warranty even though I have insurance. I was then told I had to go to my nearest store which is over 13 miles away to resend my phone for repairs. When I got there they said I would just get a new handset as it had been such a faff on. Then they said they didn't have my handset or any of the ones that were similar. I have then been passed from pillar to post as I wasn't happy with the phones I have been offered and the service provided to me. I have looked at the phones I've been offered and they aren't what I want. I have been a customer for 7 years and chose my phone and contract and now being told I need to pick a new handset from a load of rubbish options which I didn't buy into. To be honest if this isn't sorted I'll be leaving Vodafone, when I requested a call back from a manager I was told to pick a handset and when I said I wasn't happy about the options I was basically told tough luck! If you look at my phone usage this month, it's tiny, I'm paying for internet I can't use, I've had to travel over 25 miles round to spend over an hour in a phone shop and spent so long on the phone and ages trying to get your email to work.. It's absolutely ridiculous service!!

I can see you've already asked this as you've stated. I'll answer in this thread.
Please could I ask that you refrain from making multiple posts about the same subject as it's slowing down out response times to other customers.
