I put the wrong sim card in my phone and now cannot get into my account

Hi, I was curious to see if a different sim worked in my phone, so I tried it. I took it out again and replaced the original, my curiousity satisfied, only to find that I cannot get into my online account now! When I try to log in, it tells me 'thank you for registering your email, now register your phone' and when I click on 'pay monthly' I get a message saying that there is already an account under that number....but I can't get into it! I also got a message saying I should enter my account number, but I don't know it, I've always had an online account and didnt make a note of the number. All I want is to have my account reinstated, I didnt realise that trying a different sim would affect the old one like this or I'd never have done it. can anyone please help?
