I recently upgraded my phone to the new white iphone 4 online. After seeing that the phone was in stock and the confirmation page stating it would take 2-4 days to deliever. However, i received an email saying that one or more of my items are out of stock. I emailed customer services and have not received a reply as of yet. I checked the stock of the iphones and they are in stock online.. Any ideas??

I'm glad that you’re upgrading to a white iPhone4! They do seem to be quite sought after at the moment.

Have you tried calling the V store directly?  You can find information on how to contact our V store here.

I have just been advised that the white iPhone 4s are out of stock and there is a wait of at least 2 weeks.  Apparently they were expecting a delivery today but that it hasn't turned up.

It's a bit naughty when the website states they are in stock with a 2-4 day delivery scale.
