To be honest when looking at this type of question there are always a couple of things to find out;
1. does you SIM connect to the internet ok in another handset?
2. does another SIM connect to the internet in your phone?
This will indicate an account or handset setting issue, basically if it is a handset issue then you can fin all of the manual handset guide on our help centre, simply click on the WAP SETTINGS guide for you phone and follow the on screen instructions.
