Pay monthly services

Hi all. First post to the forum. I am a Vodafone pay monthly customer, and I live in Northern Ireland. I travel to the republic of ireland which puts me on Vodafone IE. I recently seen Ireland Plus advertised. I try to sign up to this service online like it suggests, but the links seem to not let me. When I search Ireland Plus in google and click on the link it takes me to the following site:

Clearly under "How do I get it?" section at the bottom of the page there is an option "Online" and below that it says:

"Whether you’re a new customer or you’re already with us, there are lots of ways to get it."

Apparently not.

I do not live close enough to a Vodafone store to allow me to go there and get it.

All I want to do is have sopmeone add it to my account so I am not charged Roaming Call and message rates. Why can't this be done online? Is there any way to do it? As the website says there are loads of ways to get it, so unless I am missing something it is wrong.

Can someone help me on this.
