Could I please have CONTACT with someone? I'm trying to lift my service bar. I spoke to someone before I left the UK to come to the US and was told all would be fine for me to roam here. Obviously NOT and I need this aaaasap as am working here and it's a completely nightmare.
I spotted a bar on call roaming when i logged into my vodafone account online. I changed it and was told on the page it usually takes up to two hours. I then received an email saying 48 hours!! I'm sorry that is not good enough it's only a matter of changing a bar I never even ASKED for and was actually told last week was DEFINITELY not in place.
And I'm abroad and spent $30 trying to get through to speak to a person yesterday on vodafone customer support... No joy.
Please can someone just sort this for me?! Make sure the bar is lifted asap so I can get on with my work.
I tell you I have SO MANY PROBLEMS with vodafone all the time.

The tech team get to messages in the order that they are posted, so it may take a while for someone to respond on here...
When they do it will probably be a private message containing an email address and a certain title to get routed to the team so you can send them account details and such.
Is the phone connecting to the network out there ok, and just not allowing you to make calls? Does data work at all?
Edit: Ahh, beaten to roughly the same reply by a matter of minutes (about the time it took to type it)

Can get internet when connected to wifi but that's all.
