The best way to trigger the live chat is to go to the online store, place something in the basket and then remove it. This and time spent on the page will alert the system and generate a chat window for you.

hi dave please coulds you help me with my account i have kind of the same problem and have not been able to access it for over 7 weeks now and tried all kinds and called vodafone many times ty in advance

here is the problem if u read the document it will give u an idea the problem is i try to re-register and its telling me my number is already registered and trying to reset passwoed or get user name my email or number there is nothing it tells me none existant

I was on live chat for over 25 minutes with Paul today re an upgrade,I had to answer my mobile and told him I would return in 10 minutes he ended the chat,I was furious now I cant access live chat have they barred me I am so angry
