I have just got off the phone in astonishment at the complete lack & disregard paid to customer service.At the start of my contract I was given 10 free music tracks per month & every month I was charged, In January I again queried it & was given a goodwill gesture 25 free downloads for the duration of my contract (I have a text from them to confirm).Now I am told after 3 mths that I shouldn't have been given this & that they can't let it continue! But they will give me an extra 500mb internet for 5 mths free. I do not need nor want this as I won't use it(if I did I could pay £5 & have it added on),but still it is only an offer for 5mths,what about the other 22 months of my contract? As I see it I am being done out of nearly £25 worth of add ons?
