After a number of unsuccessful months with Vodafone and a contract that I think will run out shortly but the number of conflicting contract end dates im not sure, I cannot find out how to cancel my contract. Can somebody please help?

Sorry to hear you leaving!
To cancel your contract you must give 30 days notice and provide the following information:
• the account name, and account number
• the invoice address
• the mobile number to be terminated
• the date of termination
• the name of the account owner or administrator
• if you need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)
• if the account has a password, please quote this in your letter.
Ths can be done in writing to:
PO Box 932
You can also do this via email the contact details are availaible on the contact us page

I have been trying to cancel my pay monthly 3G mobile broadband - complete the form on Vodafone contact us email page, only to get an error message to say that the service is unavailable - after filling out the form !!
I have called 191 3 times now - finally a very helpful operator has submitted the cancellation on my behalf anjd submitted a trouble ticket for the contact us webpage not working either - brilliant support today from Steph !!

You can go online and talk to an advisor and they can also complete the cancellation online for you aswell (I had to speak to someone today as I am leaving this evening )
They can give you dates, etc and can sort it all out...

Good afternoon guys,
I’m disappointed to see all of you wishing to leave our service.
Thanks to both Nabs and chill11 for their advice on cancelling a contract. It can also be done by filling in the contact us form.
I’ve sent both of you an email and so if there is anything that we can do to change your mind please reply back to the email and we’ll be in touch.
