Live chat (24/7)

Hi just wondering when is the best time to try to use "live chat" service? Not been having much luck lately, I keep getting the "all advisors are busy - try again soon" message.

 

I've tried on 18/11/13 at 8pm, 8.30pm, 9.30pm, 11pm and 19/11/13 6pm, 7.30pm, 10pm, 11pm and today 7pm, 9.30pm... Still busy though... Any particular time when the service will be running?

go onto buy an iphone and sit and wait they appear then quick enough

I've just gone onto the Contact Us page now and it's showing as available

Hi,

 

I actually work 8am - 5pm so I don't get chance to have a chat with Vodafone advisors during the day. I've been checking again all tonight and once again it's busy.

Hi Robsladey,

 

I was speaking to the help team last night around 21:30 about my own line and they're showing as available now.

 

If your browser isn't refreshing to show when an agent is free, I'd recommend trying an alternative one or at least clearing your cache and cookies. Keep an eye out for any pop-up blocking settings you have activated too in case that's preventing the chat sessions.

 

Alternatively, let us know about any queries you have here. If it's account specific, I've sent instructions on how to reach my team here. :smileywink:
