Locked online account

I'm not sure if I've posted in the correct area but I reset my password to check my online information and when trying to log in with the new password I locked my account, and it told me to contact customer service but I cant use my iPhone until I check my online information. How do I get my account unlocked?

Unable to access account online or register

Have recently had to change my phone number, and am having issues trying to gain access to my online account. I have tried re registering but unable to do so, just wondering if anyone can give me any clue as to why I'm unable to do this.

Hi I am also having this problem but everytime i call 191 i cant seem to able to get hold of an adviser...

 

Can you unlock my account for me via PM communications too?

Hello, I have been locked out of my account since yesterday.Although I've tried several times to reset my password,it seems that my new one is never accepted and it still says that my account is locked.

 

Please help me!

Sorry but it's impossible for me to find all the information you are asking via email...There must be another way without searching for SIM numbers and etc....

Hi m1, 

 

If you're using our contact us form then it'll only ask you for your mobile number, address and DOB details.

 

You shouldn't need to provide SIM details for us
